Mrs Williams-Howes has had a varied practice and she brings a lot of experience in different fields to her current practice.
She has a Masters in Human Rights (LLM) and her dissertation was on privacy and profiling under data mining. During her career she has worked as a team lead on document review projects.
She has represented the NMC at fitness to practise tribunals.
Mrs Wlliams-Howes sits as a Chairperson and as a tribunal panel member on School Appeal Tribunals for a Local Authority since 2015.
